Adjust the amount of wrist extension with aluminum wrist support bar. Machine waash, air dry. Wrist circumference determines size. XS fits 5 3/4 in. and up (14.6 cm), S fits 5 3/4 in. - 6 1/2 in. (14.6 - 16.5 cm), M fits 6 3/4 in. - 7 1/2 in. (17.1 - 19.1 cm), L fits 7 3/4 in. - 8 1/2 in. (19.7 - 21.6 cm), XL fits 8 3/4 in. (22.2 cm).
