- Soft Point Deluxe Leather Orthotic Insoles, Size C. The Deluxe Leather Orthotic Insoles combine the comfort of premium leather and high-density cushioning foam with semi-rigid plastic arch support and motion control. A gel insert in the heel helps reduce stress and cushions heel strikes at the most sensitive area of the foot. A movable metatarsal pad is also included, which can be positioned exactly where needed for additional cushioning under the metatarsals to help relieve pain from neuromas or metatarsalgia. Trim guide lines on the back of the insoles make trimming easy to ensure proper fit. Can be trimmed to 3/4 length if necessary. Indicated for: Plantar or Arch Pain, Heel Pain/Spurs, Arch Support, Forefoot Pain and Calluses, Shin Splints, Postoperative Conditions, Lower Back, Leg, and Foot Pain and Fatigue.
