- Safety non-sterile 4x4 Bio-Screen Biohazard wipe. Specifically designed for laboratory use, each wipe consists of an absorbent nonwoven cellulose surface bonded to an orange plastic backing. Plastic backing prevents soak through of possible contaminated specimens, strong chemicals and solvents. Absorbent material provides good tactual feel and is non-linting for use with delicate instrumentation such as blood counters. Provide high wet strength to facilitate quick pickup of serums and urine. May also be used to wipe pipettes, probes, and pop caps from blood and specimen tubes. Wipes are available in three thicknesses of absorbent material. Standard absorbs 9X its weight: heavy 12X, super, 25X. 200/pkg. 8pkg/cs. Heavy absorbency.
