- Procare Patella Stabilizer with Buttress. 1/8" neoprene support with adjustable felt horseshoe-buttress or sewn-in donut buttress to accommodate mild patella tendonitis, chondromalacia, or subluxation. Donut buttress may be trimmed to allow for medial, lateral, inferior, or superior buttress. Medial/lateral spiral stays and thigh/calf compression straps provide additional stability.
