This thermometer is engineered to take temperature easily and accurately with-in 3-7 seconds. This is the only thermometer with a preheated probe. Preheated probe tip minimizes the cool down effect experienced when taking repeat temperatures, improving accuracy and repeatability. To avoid inaccurate measurements by handling errors this units technology provides an active user feedback light that signals that the probe has been in a stable position through-out the measurement. Other features include an easy to read, LCD display in either Fahrenheit or Celsius; Automatic probe cover eject button and prominent memory button. Power source (2) 1.5V AA batteries.
