3M soft, sealing stethoscope eartip can be used on any Littmann stethoscopes. The snap tight design is for stethoscopes manufactured after May 1994, and won't loosen during routine use. Snap earpiece onto stethoscope. Large, snap-tight, soft-sealing eartips come standard on 3M stethoscopes.
