- 3M Littmann Tunable Diaphragm and Rim Assembly for Littmann Cardiology III (large side), Cardiology II S.E., Master Classic II, Classic II S.E. and Select Stethoscopes - Gray rim. These assemblies allow for easy replacement of tunable diaphragm and rim on appropriate Littmann stethoscopes. The patented tunable diaphragm conveniently alternates between the low and high frequency sounds without the need to turn over the chestpiece.
