- The Littmann Cardiology III Stethoscope combines greater versatility and outstanding acoustics with the two-in-one tube design. Featuring both an adult and pediatric sided chestpiece, each with a patented, tunable diaphragm, allowing the practitioner to use both sides of the stethoscope for both high and low frequency sounds. The larger side can be used for applications on adult patients, and the smaller side is good for pediatric or thin patients. Available in 22" (black only) or 27". 5 year warranty.
