DALE650 Armboard Bendable Lg Fits Most Adults 10/bx
- Dale Bendable Armboard, Latex Free. A new armboard that can be shaped to any desired position, the Dale Bendable Armboard stabilizes and secures arterial lines. Its ability to be custom shaped allows the clinician to hyperextend the patient's wrist in a fixed position for more pronounced radial artery exposure. This leads to more trouble-free line insertions, assures the integrity of the line, and facilitates invasive monitoring of blood gases for extended periods. The large and medium sized armboards can be shaped to achieve more prominent radial artery access. Even the small size can be shaped to accommodate an infant's wrist or heel. The armboard is covered in a soft comfortable material and is fastened to the arm with adjustable Velcro straps. It can also be used as a traditional armboard for peripheral IV lines. The Dale Bendable Armboard is available in three different sizes: Large, which accommodates most adults; Medium, which accommodates small adults/geriatrics; and Small, which accommodates infants/pediatrics.
