- Fisher Hema 3 Manual Staining System. Hema 3 Stat Pack (includes Fixative and Solutions I and II). 3 x 90mL. For 30-second, three-step staining comparable to the Wright-Giemsa method. Simply dip the slide in the fixative, then dip in Solution I, followed by Solution II. Rinse with deionized water, dry and read.
