- Sur-Fit Natura Durahesive skin barrier with Convex-It. A 45mm. (1-3/4") flange with a white tape collar and pre-cut openings (overall dimension 4.5" x 4.5"). Stoma opening: 1-1/4". Box of 10. The Durahesive Skin Barrier/wafer with Convex-It maintains an effective protective seal longer than conventional skin barriers. Provides extra security for retracted or flush stomas. A "turtlenecking" effect that helps to prevent leakage around the stoma and skin breakdown for increased patient comfort and wear-time. This skin barrier/wafer is designed with a low profile flange for wearing comfort.
